Last night we shot our first wedding since our break and we had a great time! Nikki and Randy and all their friends were so much fun. I photographed Nikki and her friends while they got ready at the W Hotel in Dallas, while Simon started at their home with Randy, his friends and his dogs. The beautiful ceremony was held in the gardens at Marie Gabrielle and the reception followed inside.
Jude has been waiting all winter for snow and just when were about to give up… SNOW! It was almost 60 degrees by that afternoon so it didn’t last long, but we enjoyed it while it lasted.
Yesterday I shot my first portrait since Ruby was born, and it was a great one to come back to! Maggie is beautiful, her dress is amazing, and we had so much fun! I’ve just started uploading them, but here is one that I pulled out from the beginning of the shoot to play with. The shoe shot is specially for Jordan, Maggie’s wedding planner- the only person I know who likes shoe shots more than me.
