Last month Simon and I flew out to California for the wedding of Annie and Jonathan. The wedding was at the beautiful La Venta Inn in Palos Verdes. It is really a stunning place to get married. Annie and Jono and all of their friends and family were so much fun! The wedding was coordinated by Trisha Harbus of Timeless Elegance Weddings, who not only made sure the wedding ran smoothly but also took care of all of us vendors from Texas.

And a few of Annie’s bridal portraits from the Cotton Mill.

Christina and Jim were recently married at St. Jude Catholic Church in Allen and had their reception at Legacy Marriott. They were so much fun and we really enjoyed spending time with them and their families. We were able to do photos outside at the beautiful Legacy Town Center. Christina even played a little hopscotch!

I have been really busy with portrait sessions lately. Most of them have been bridal sessions, which I can’t blog lest some wayward fiance stumble upon the blog. I’ve been doing a lot of senior portriats, too. It might be too late to get the picture in the announcments, but it’s not to late to have great senior portraits that will last a lifetime! And it is certainly not to early for 2009 seniors to start booking their sessions. I recommend getting your senior portrait shot during the fall semester. Here’s a sampling of some of my recent seniors (and a picture of my son, thrown in for good measure).

Bria and Tanner and their families are some of the nicest people you could ever meet! They were truely a pleasure to work with! Their ceremony was held at Royal Lane Baptist Church in Dallas and the reception was at the Dallas Athletic Club. Katoyia Bell and the team from Bella Domani Events made sure everything went smoothly. Everything was beautiful!

Bria and Tanner, thank you so much for letting us be a part of your day!
